Swiss Arbitration Academy

Legal Notice

As a private institution, the Swiss Arbitration Academy is organized as a corporation under the Swiss Code of Obligations (SAA AG). The purpose of the corporation is the operation of a private academy for continuing legal education in international arbitration.

Staempfli Verlag AG is one of the original and major shareholders.

The Board of Directors of the SAA consists of three members of the Academic Council and of two representatives of Staempfli Verlag AG.
